Multiple Ruby agents with the same username concordia

The problem with multiple users on the same name using RUBY PC Board is that
is becomes impossible for Ruby to differentiate between the users and the
application info being sent from the Ruby PCBOARD.

To change this you'll need administrative rights on the local PC.



Right click on 'My Computer' > Manage (Normally it is third from the top)


A window will appear with 2 columns.

On the left hand side find 'Local User and Groups' and expand it
Click on Users

Select the user name that needs to be changed. Right click on the username
Select Rename and rename that user.

Restart the PC




When the user logs in the PCBoard will pick up the 'new' username.
