- Check if you have full control over the 'Datatex' folder and that the folder is not 'Read Only'.
- Go to C:\Program Files\Datatex\Ruby2\RubySup and check if the .INI file is in the location.
- If the file is not in the above specified location, you will need to recreate the .INI file.
- You need to use Notepad to create the .ini file.
- Close RUBY Supervisor
- Also try creating a new RUBY shortcut. From the RUBY2 directory.

Save the .INI file as RubySup.ini to C:\Program Files\Datatex\Ruby2\RubySup
Now you can open RUBY Supervisor.
