Ruby has the message "ValidateACD: Invalid ACD data (Waiting for 3 reasonable values...)" in the log
There is sometimes corrupt data which arrives from the PABX. Ruby 2 checks
for invalid data and ignores it. For a short period of data corruption, because
times are averages, and Ruby can calculate missing calls, data is not lost.
Should the problem persist for more than 15 minutes, there may be data loss.
The checks that are performed expect 3 consecutive, consistent lines of
information from the PABX. Should the PABX send corrupt data, Ruby will ignore
both correct and incorrect data, since it cannot be sure which is which.
When Ruby starts up, it has to initialise the tables which are used to determine
whether a line of data is valid. This message is normal when Ruby starts up.
In other cases, it may be that the ACD counters of the PABX have been reset, and
Ruby is simply waiting for 3 consecutive, consistent lines until it assumes the
PABX is correct, and it switches the internal tables to the new values.
