Ruby resets my calls or unanswered calls back to 0 every 15 minutes instead of every day

There are 2 possible causes:

• Your Ruby is misconfigured
• The Ruby database is damaged

First check the Ruby configuration. Click on the "Configure" button, and then
on the "Fields" tab. Make sure that in the "Show Type" column, Field no 1 and 2
are both set to "Today".
