RUBY server open error

RUBY server open error...Unlicensed...Error opening tables...application closing down..cannot open database

In the RUBY ini file make sure that the database file path is in
the format below. Please note that 127.0.0.1 must not be used
as RUBY Supervisor will connect over the network. You must replace
it with the PC Name or IP.

Ruby.ini:

Database=127.0.0.1:C:\Program Files\Datatex\Ruby2\Data\Ruby.gdb
