Calls going to voice mail are incorrectly

Calls going to voice mail are incorrectly marked as abandoned on RubyTAPI on Panasonic TDA.


RubyTAPI can not detect whether a call is hanging up or being
transferred from the queue.

It monitors the agent extensions to see if a call appears on
an agent after a certain number of seconds. This is called
the "Post queue delay" and is set to 2 seconds on RubyTAPI.

You can add the voice mail extensions to the list of monitored
extensions and RubyTAPI will see that the call has not been
abandoned.

This also affects calls that are transferred out of the queue
to the switchboard or answered by any extension that is not in
the list of monitored extensions.
