RUBY Supervisor report I/O error: "Windows/Temp/fb_sort"

Re-install the Client Firebird:


1. Close the RUBY Supervisor.
   Re-install Firebird on the RUBY Supervisor PC.
   Select "NEXT" for all the install options.
   Open RUBY Supervisor.
   Pull the report again.
   
2. Change the file path of the temp files:
   
   File path: C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5
   File name: firebird.conf
   
   Set file location in firebird.conf with "TempDirectories = "
