RUBY and SAMSUNG 7400: new DID number added to PABX

They have anew DID that has been added to the PBX and they need to have
the software configured to work properly.

Required information:

The DID : [2011]

The Group where the calls will be routed too [5015, Admin, Group 1]

The Name of the new DID [Warrenty]

After hours Voice mail number for this DID. [3550]

PABX3:

Add the DID to the DID.txt files in the PABX3 folders.

Restart the PABX3


SMDRLink:

Add the DID to the DID.txt files in the SMDRLink folders.

Stop and then start the SMDRLink service

RUBY 2:

Run the Ruby Config to configure the system.

Add the DID lookup to the "Group lookups" Tab. [2011 and 1]


TOPAZ - EXTERNAL:
  • Add User details

    Go to the Data area.

    Add a new SECTION for the new DID [Warrenty]

    Add a new USER for the DID. [Warrenty]

    Set the BRANCH to "Call Centre"

    Department as they require [Admin]

    (Group 1 = Admin, Group 2 = Retail and Group 3 = Returns)
  • Add Account code

    Add an ACCOUNT CODE with the same value as the DID. [2011]

    Allocate the USER you just created to the account code.
  • Add reports

    Go to the reports

    Duplicate the existing reports and change the duplicates to the new DID
    values.

    Setup the scheduled reports to email to the appropriate people
TOPAZ - INTERNAL:

There should be nothing required here for a new DID
