How do i check if the OfficeServLink is connected to the TSP?:
- Click on START -> ALL PROGRAMS -> Samsung Open TSP driver -> Switch message monitor
- When the Switch message monitor opens it will automatically display the connection status of the TSP
and whether its receiving data.
To reconnect the Samsung OfficeServLink to the TSP: - CLick on START -> Connection Utility.
- When prompted, click on Reconnect
- Please make sure that all TAPI applications are not running during the reconnection.
- Once the Open TSP is connected you may start your tapi applications
