GFIX error: Bad paramaters ... secondary server

GFIX error: Bad paramaters ... secondary server ... attachments cannot validate databases

This message appears because GFIX requires exclusive access to
the database, and another program is still using the database.
Close all applications which may be using the database (Ruby,
Ruby Supervisor, Config, etc.) and try the GFIX again.
