RUBY2: no ACD stats only answered and unanswered calls

In RUBY Supervisor I can only see answered and unanswered calls.
I am using a Panasonic TDA PABX.

For the Panasonic TDA, real-time call data is received via TOPAZ from RUBYTAPI.
Please check that TOPAZ is up and receiving call details live.

  1. If the TOPAZ Database is full, you will not be able to receive anymore call details and thus it cannot be sent to RUBY. You can either:
