How to load a query file in Topaz query screen

Save the Query file to the local hard drive. Make sure you know the location of
the file, since you will have to find the file again.

* Open Topaz.
* Click on Query on the left-hand bottom of the screen.
* Click on Open Query at the top of the screen.
* Find the file that you have saved and select it.
* Click on the file and click open.

The Query will execute now. Depending on the complexity of the query, this
might take some time.

If the query is supposed to extract information from the database, the grid will
update at the bottom of the screen, once the query is finished.
If the query is supposed to modify data on the database, it will Show nothing
on the screen.
If the query removes data from the database it will show an error message with
"Can not create handle to record" once it is done.

Once the data is shown on the grid, you can right click on the grid to export
the data to a CSV file.

NOTE: The default filename is "topaz.csv" when you export.
Please change it to something else as it has been noted that
if you keep this name it does not
replace the existing file
