Discarding calls with DTP

The new version of DTP allows the disregarding of unanswered calls and busy
calls. These calls will get written to a log file that can be reviewed if
required. This is a feature that can be enabled and will only function on a
PABX that is using ISDN lines and connected to DTP via TAPI.

This feature will ensure that un-charged calls do not get listed in Topaz. For
hotels and guest houses, this feature will help reduce problems with clients
disputing phone calls.
