Topaz update download does not download everything

If the download is interrupted you try to download it again it does
not download the whole file. You need to close Internet Explorer and re-open it
again. Now start downloading the upgrade again.

Reason:
Internet Explorer caches the download, so when you want to download the file later
Internet Explorer reads from the cache. Closing it clears the cache.
