Printing issues with Topaz

When printing and the reports cut off on the right or bottom of the page.

Try the following:

Windows:

Ensure that the Windows printer settings is as follows:
- your paper size is set to A4 on the printer settings.
- printer properties : Set to A4.

Restart Topaz if you have changed any of the settings.

If this fails, try updating your printer driver.
The printer:

The printer must be able to print to paper size A4.
Make sure the printer is set to print to paper size A4.
TOPAZ:

Make sure you are using at least TOPAZ 1.7.0.4.
