Frontoffice Interface for Lanmark

NOTE
You will need Topaz 1.6.5.9 or Newer and
Topaz Front Office interface 1.0.0.23 or newer.

Install Topaz.
* In the setup, go to "Properties" -> "Network and FrontOffice".
* On the left, ensure the Frontoffice has the correct "IP address" filled
in and it is enabled.
* On the Right -> tick the "Enable" to enable exporting of Data.
* Select the Lanmark Option.
* Go to "Data" and tick "Billing" on all the extensions that you want
exported to Lanmark.

Install FrontOffice
* Run the program ,right click on the icon at the bottom of the screen
and select Show.
* Click on "Options" and "General".
* Select the Lanmark option here.
* The other options on this screen should be disabled.
* Go to Communications and disable the Acknowledge.


If you are having problems with the data not being transferred correctly,
change your Stop bits to 2.

The format of the Data being sent is:

Ext line pos 1 length 4 [spaces on left]
Phone Number pos 5 length 12 [spaces to right]
Cost line pos 17 length 7 [spaces on left] [Format = xxxx.xx]
