TOPAZ report: By action code

The call actions show in TOPAZ depends on the call actions
that the PABX unit sends off in the rawdata for PABX3 to
translate.

Setup a report in TOPAZ by call actions for yesterday:

To create a new report, click on REPORTS > CUSTOM REPORTS
Click on the "+", now enter your report heading under Description,
example All Calls by Action.

Report options : tick "summary"
Select records : Yesterday
Summary Report Format : Call Category
Order by : Group
Group by : action
Maximum Records : 0
Field Selection : leave blank
Only Select These : Select All_Branch_
Select All_Departments_
Select All_Sections_


This report will list all the actions under the "description" column.
