The winsock2 file is needed for the TCPIP and Call Monitor
uses the TCPIP to send messages. Please install this file.

Download winsock2 from the internet:

The microsoft website or
www.datatex.co.za -> Downloads -> Miscellaneous ->
Winsock 2 update (windows 95)
