If we have a rawdata file, then we can write a plugin
for your PABX brand and model. Please provide us with
the following information:
About your PABX unit:
PABX Brand
PABX Model
Software version
Software release
Sample output:
A rawdata file.
Once you have PABX3 installed and running, you will
find this file in C:\Program Files\Datatex\PABX3\Rawdata
Make some test calls and send us the details.
In the example we use extension 123 and 121 and 9.
Outgoing call from extension 123 to 0215924033
Transfer the outgoing call made to 0215924033 from extension
123 to extension 121.

extension 9.
Transfer of incoming call from switch-board to 121.
Internal call from extension 123 to 121.

If call group is setup, also make the following test calls:
In this example the swithboard number is 0215924033. The
switchboard group is 9000 and the swithboard lines are
extension 201 and 202.
Make a call from for example your cellphone number
to the switchboard number, 0215924033. Answer the call on
one of the switchboard extensions, note the extension number,
for example 201.
Make another call from for example your cellphone number
to the switchboard number. Answer the call on another of the
switchboard extensions, note the extension number, for example
202.
