Requirements:
Topaz: 1.7.5.3
Callmonitor: 1.7.5.0
Your Callmonitor and Topaz must be functioning correctly, with the reference
pop-up facility enabled. When ever a reference is entered on the callmonitor,
that call record is exported to Lexpro.
Setup:
In Topaz go to Setup -> Properties -> Network and FrontOffice.
Enable the Frontoffice facility.
Select the Lexpro Export format.
Set the output path for the export file.
Select what costing needs to be exported.
CSV File Format:
This is the format that Topaz will export for Lexpro.
Field 1 - "Reference Number" (Max 30 Characters, Alphanumeric)
Field 2 - "Telephone"
Field 3 - Duration (in Seconds)
Field 4 - Date (yymmdd)
Field 5 - "0" (Always 0)
Field 6 - "0" (Always 0)
Field 7 - Price of Call (Float Value)
Field 8 - "Phone Number"
Field 9 - "User Name"
Field 10 - "" (Reserved)
Example:

File creation:
If the export file doesn't exist, Topaz will try and create a new file. If
the file does exist a new entry will just be written to the end of the file.
Topaz doesn't lock the file. (Please move the file away or rename it before
importing the data.)
