Requirements:
Topaz: 1.7.5.3
Callmonitor: 1.7.5.0
Your Callmonitor and Topaz must be functioning correctly, with the reference
pop-up facility enabled. Whenever a reference is entered on the callmonitor,
that call record is exported to Winlaw.
Setup:
In Topaz go to Setup -> Properties -> Network and FrontOffice.
Tick "Enable Local Frontoffice" facility.
Select the "Winlaw Export" format.
Set the "Output File" path for the export file.
Select what costing needs to be exported.(Price or Cost)
The difference between Price and Cost:
Cost:
The "COST" is the Telkom cost, including VAT.
The Telkom cost usually doesn't charge incoming calls.
The COST is used on all the reports in Topaz
Price:
The "PRICE" IS the calculated price. Based on the
Telkom price plus a % markup, A per second value or
a per unit value.
The price usually has a value for incoming calls.
PRICE is used on the [BILLINGS -> Master billings] reports.
[REPORTS -> STANDARD -> REFERENCE REPORTS],
you can choose between Cost and Price.
