General:
The printer must be switched on and TOPAZ must be open.
Check that there are no print jobs in the queue, holding up your batch print.
Make a windows test print from the TOPAZ PC to the printer.
TOPAZ:
The TOPAZ batch reports uses your custom and exception report to print as a batch. Select the report from your custom / exception report screen and try to view it. If you get no report or any errors, please fix this.
Do a test batch print from your batch report screen.
