If the report settings was not changed, the only reason for
the report output to differ is the database entries.
If TOPAZ was closed and you open TOPAZ, it will start
loading the call data, for the period that TOPAZ was closed,
about 2 minutes after TOPAZ was opened.
If you pulled the report before the loading of calls started
and then pull a report after the calls was loaded, you will
have a difference in number of calls for the date period of
your TOPAZ report.
If the database was damaged and needs to be re-indexed, it
could also cause reporting problems. Please re-index at least
the TRAN file. You might also need to re-index the user details:
BRANCH, DEPARTMENT, SECTION, ACCOUNT, EXTENSION, USER & USERDETAILS.

Close TOPAZ.
Delete "C:\tmptopaz".
Open TOPAZ.
