Required
Configuration:
Firstly setup account codes on TOPAZ and link them with
the correct user. Then do the following:
A: TOPAZ
Setup the account codes as one usually would
See: Topaz Report by Account Code: Data setup
Go to Data->Extensions. Search for the extension called EXT. To find
the extension, type EXT in the editbox next to the Find button and
click "Find".
On the right there is a section for CallMonitor. Under Popup Types,
select Account Codes.
Click on the tick at the top to save the change made.
B: CALLMONITOR
Open CallMonitor and go to the Settings Screen.
Type in all the normal details, but under Extension type in EXT.
Enter the account code of the person the call monitor should popup
for, under account codes (not all of them!)
Click the Apply button when finished.
