TOPAZ error: Auto advance not found

1. Make sure that All the copies of Topaz are closed,
2. Open the INI file and make the version 1.6.5.0 this will force Topaz to try and
do all the updates again.

If updating TOPAZ to a later version make sure that the INI file is changed to have
the version equal to the original version of Topaz.
