RESET ALL: Does not reset all users

Overview:

This could be happening because the database is very busy
with updating new call data. When editing user details under
DATA in TOPAZ, the timer needs to be off, else the data
tab will jump to the entry being updated with the new call
data.

Try the following:

Setup a client version of TOPAZ and do the RESET ALL from the client version.

To create a client version of TOPAZ please do the following:

Share the TOPAZ folder (Full access to all valid user's)
Change the datapath in the TOPAZ.ini file to \\pcname\topaz\data
Delete all current shortcuts of TOPAZ (Desktop and startup)
Install the BDE from CD on the PC
open network neighbourhood (\\pcname\topaz\data)
Right click on TOPAZ.exe and send to desktop as shortcut.

You now have a client version of TOPAZ

Login as Admin and proceed to Setup -> Properties -> Filters and defaults

Proceed to 'RESET ALL'.

This could also be caused by the 'Auto Load' being set to less
than every 20 minutes.

In TOPAZ, select Setup -> Properties -> PABX, enter the value for
'Auto Load every ? minutes (default 60min)'.
