MASTER PC
It is important to make sure that your PC has the correct requirements in place
to run TOPAZ smoothly and effectively.
SEE DOCUMENT: PC requirements to run TOPAZ
The database could be full, this means it is necessary to archive your calls to
remove them from the database. For archiving, we use the TOPAZ Center program which
is available on your TOPAZ CD.
SEE DOCUMENT: How do I setup the TOPAZ Center?

The temp files used to create the reports are corrupt. You can just delete
these files and the reports should work. Use windows explorer and delete the
directory C:\tmptopaz. This directory will be re-created automaticly when
Topaz is started.
One of the files that is used to generate the reports from might have become
corrupted or damaged. Use the Reindex Program on the MASTER PC, that you
should be able to find under your Topaz Data Directory, and verify the data files.

CLIENT PC
Make sure that the client PC has enough available resources for TOPAZ to run
smoothly, and that there are no other applications running that influence this.
NETWORK
It has been reported that if a network printer is used and the network connection
to the printer is lost, the actual previews will take long to display. This means
that after the processing of the red bar at the bottom of the screen it still takes
long to display.
Make sure your network connection to your network printer is up and running
correctly!
The speed of the network and the network traffice can also cause the
Client TOPAZ to be slow.
