Please upgrade to TOPAZ 1.7.7.0 or newer.This TOPAZ has more detailed
logs for e-mail problems.
After upgrading TOPAZ, please e-mail a report and check the log for entries.
The log file is accessed from TOPAZ -> SETUP -> RUNNING LOGS. This will give you
detail regarding the attempt to send e-mail.
Please check that the SMTP mail server port is set as 25. TOPAZ is
hardcoded to use port 25. (Consult your IT department for instructions).
