CALLMONITOR error:Field ref/person must have a value

Instructions

Close Callmonitor
Right click on start and click on explore
Go to Local disk (C)- Program Files -> Datatex -> Callmonitor -> User name.
Right click on cm.dat and click on delete.
Now you can open callmonitor again.
