PABX3 Plugin: Alcatel OXO OmniPCX Office

Requirements:

PABX format: See output sample format below.
This plugin caters for all these outputs.

PABX Software Version: 5.1, 6.0 and 7.0

Plugin: 'PAlcatel_OXO_OmniPCX_Office.dll', version '2007.06.13.1' or newer.
Available:
On the internet, http://www.datatex.co.za -> support -> login -> topaz -> downloads -> alcatel.
The plg-alcatel_oxo_omnipcx_office-update-2007_06_13_1.exe will extract the dll file in the lib folder.
On the TOPAZ CD in the folder PABX3 -> PROFILES -> LIB.
The PAlcatel_OXO_OmniPCX_Office.dll needs to be copied to C:\Program Files\Datatex\Pabx3\Profiles\Lib.

This plugin only has action codes for:

answered
unanswered
transferred

Recording:

The Alcatel doesn’t report the trunk in the SMDR. TSAPI is required.
Currently Datatex does not support TSAPI.

The pabx gives off the number for the BRI or PRI, but not the individual trunk numbers for these.
Therefore the plugin has a line number, but for BRI and PRI it does not have the individual line number.
