How does the second reference field work?

Required:

TOPAZ 1.7.5.4 or newer.
CallMonitor 1.7.5.4 or newer.

If you entered a reference one and two, CallMonitor will take Field1 + Field2 as the
TOPAZ reference for that call. If you want spaces or "_" then you need to add it into
on the fields. Try using the space or "_" as the first character of the second reference
field.
