Which plugin do I use for the Cisco Call Manager 5.1?

Please Note: plg-cisco_call_manager_5_1_ftp_beta-update-2008_07_11_2.exe

The Cisco Call Manager does not have a real-time data option.
It writes out a file to a ftp location from where the TMS
can upload it at set interval. It cannot be used as call
termination for AMETHYST.

The Cisco PABX is IP based, we do not have a trunk/line number.

Costing CISCO 'trunk'/'lines':

CISCO allocates a gateway as trunk/line. This description is more than 10 characters. The plugin only handles 10 characters as line/trunk. This plugin has a feature where a number is allocated to the trunk/line description and a file is created in the same folder as where the plugin is located. This file will contain the allocated number forthe line/trunk, aswell as the CISCO description for it.

The file named 'PCisco_Call_Manager_5_1_ftp_beta.txt' will be in the following folders depending on the TMS being used:

    1.) TNG:
    C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\plugins\

    2.) TOPAZ
    C:\Program Files\Datatex\pabx3\profiles\lib\

Sample of entries in 'PCisco_Call_Manager_5_1_ftp_beta.txt' file:
    Code: Select all
    1,IC_Gaborone
    2,CiscoUM1-VI1

Please keep a copy of this file. If you remove it and it is re-created then your line numbers already processed and the newly processed ones will not map to the correct CISCO description.
