How does the UPDATE TRXFile function work?

When you click on Update TRX it will do the following:

Check if the “User” is blank and there is a valid
extension, then use the extension User from the Extension
Check if the Number is not blank and set all the
values based on the phone book except for the reference.
If the reference is blank only then will it set it.
If the number is not on the number table, it will add
it now.
Then it will look for the User and set the details
based on the User’s branch, department, and section.
Then it will look if the account code is blank and if
it is not, it will start check in if the following values
are blank and if they are, updating them from the account
code table: User, Branch, department, section
If the extension is not in the extensions table, it
will add it now
If the account code is not on the account code table,
it will add it now.
If the Line is not on the line table, it will add it
now.
It will check for Line descriptions and add it to the
tran if the tran has a blank entry.
