when starting Topaz, the index for the transaction table has been damaged
or deleted.
Topaz will not function correctly.
Close the Master TOPAZ and all Client TOPAZ's. Make sure no TOPAZ is
running in the background.
Your database file is damaged. We need to replace it with a blank
database file and import the call data again.
Make a backup of the old transaction table (tran.db, tran.px, tran.val) .
Rename the OLDPABXPip folder (located is C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz) to
for example oldpabxpip.ccyymmdd, where ccyymmdd is the date the rename is made on.
Get a copy of the BlankTran.exe (If you do not already have a copy):
- Run it from the Topaz CD in the 'Extras' folder or
- Download and unrar:
Move all the files in C:\program Files\Datatex\Topaz\OldPABXPip that you want to import again to a temporary directory.
Open Topaz and login as Admin.
Import the pip files again using Setup -> Properties -> PABX -> "Import now".
Navigate to the Temorary directory and select some of the files to import.
Repeat this step until the temorary folder is empty.
