This is caused by the print preview program.
To overcome this error, try the following:
- In place of previewing every bill you can use the "Print where billing is set"
option instead of "All", on the billings screen.
You will have to set the "billings" flag on the data maintenance screen.
Now you use the "Print" Button instead of the "preview" button. This will
print the bills instead of previewing them.
If you still need to see the data before you print a bill try the following: - Select the "Individual" option on the billings screen. Then use the "select"
dropdown box on the left hand middle of the screen and select the Account code
or extension (or which ever option you are using) from the list. Then Click
the "Query" button. This will generate the data that will be used to print the
bill and display it at the bottom of the screen. Once you are satisfied with
the data, you can click on the "Print" Button to print a bill for the selected
option.
