Topaz is not importing data when using the Aristel AV38 plugin

Some older versions of the Aristel plugin did not send the call records in the
correct format for Topaz.
You will see that the Ringtim contains a ":". This value must be a total count
of seconds and not in MM:SS format.

Download the Aristel plugin from our web site at http://www.datatex.co.za
or use one from a newer Topaz CD. Plugins dated after 9 September 2002 will be
correct.

You can then use "Load raw data" in the PABX3 menu to retrieve old call data.
