- Callmonitor will only list on the "Send Message" box, that
have been configured in Topaz under Extension.
The Extension must have a Username and IPAddress entered. - Make sure that your Callmonitor is pointing to the TOPAZ Master.
displays the TOPAZ Master PC name.
If not, close all the TOPAZs on the network,
Open the Master TOPAZ.
Change the TOPAZ IP in your Callmonitor.
