1.) When exporting a summary report, with the detail report format set to 'detail with summary'
the report once exported no longer displays the details of the individual calls and instead creates a
summary of the original summary report from TOPAZ.
2.) The columns you see on your TOPAZ report will not match the columns present in EXCEL, as its the call
data of the report thats exported not the report itself.
EXAMPLE:
A TOPAZ REPORT THAT DISPLAYS THE COLUMNS:
Date Time EXT/User Number Destination Call Type Duration Cost
When exported to excel it will display the following fileds as it gets it from the actual transaction
data and not the report:
Date, Extension, Number, Duration, TrxNumber, Seconds, User,
WeekNo, MonthNo, Cost, Private, Incoming, DayOfWeek, Person, Company Group,
AccountCode, CallType, Prefix, Price, Line, HourOfDay, DayOfMonth, Branch,
Department, Section,When, RateType, Action, Pulses, DialCode, Destination, RingTime,
Reference, LineDescription
3.) The number of pages will not correspond either as a TOPAZ report displays a different number of calls per page that excel might (depending on how its configured).
4.) The report once exported, groups the call data by category and action, giving you a total number for each, excluding a listing of individual calls.
