How can PABX3 receive data from the PABX Unit?

  1. Via Serial Cable through the com port from the PABX unit

    SITE SETUP EXAMPLE:
    Can I run one Topaz for different branches?

  2. UDP (needs a port and IP address)
    This is when PABXs send data via a network
    connection to a specific port on the PC. (TCP listen port)
  3. TCP
    This is when the PABX3 opens a TCP session
    on the specified IP address and port number and waits
    to receive data from the PABX unit.
  4. input FILE
    PABX3 reads in a file for processing every X minutes.
    ALSO SEE:Setting up file input on the pabx3.

SITE SETUP EXAMPLE:
TOPAZ setup for client with branches in the same rate zone via there network.
Can I run one Topaz on one PC with data from 2 PABX's.
