When I click on 'Import Now' in TOPAZ under Settings -> Properties -> PABX, I get an error message that the pip cannot be found:
- Go to My Computer and navigate to the file location specified when getting the error message. If present the check if the file name specified is in this location.
- If you are trying to import files from the oldpabxpip folder, try the following:
- Log into TOPAZ and check the import now is set to every 60 minutes (it will only create a pip file in the 'OldPabxPip' folder every 60 minutes, if you set it to 1 minute a file will be created every minutes which could cause problems with the folder due to number of files it contains).
- Close the master TOPAZ and all client TOPAZ programs.
- Navigate to 'C:\Program Files\datatex\Topaz'.
- Rename the folder 'OldPabxPip', by placing todays date after the file name - for example 'oldpabxpip20121109.pip'.
- Open TOPAZ, it will create a new 'OldPabxPip' folder.
