When I enter the license number it shows license invalid

Problem:

I re-registered my TOPAZ.

When I enter the new serial number it shows license invalid.

If I restart TOPAZ/ the PC, it still shows the old serial number.

To check:

Please check that the Windows user TOPAZ is registerd for has full control over the Datatex folder. Thereafter check that the folder has read and write access.

Once this is in place, enter the serial number again. It should be able to update if required access is in place.
