You have the option to update the TOPAZ rates yourself, but this is a time consuming and manual process. Also you cannot add rate prefixes, thus only modify an existing rate code. See forum link:

We also have a new product, called TNG. TNG is webbased and developed to run on the newer operating systems (for example 64-bit).
TNG comes in 2 options:
- TNG (with buffer).
You cannot upgrade from TOPAZ to TNG. TOPAZ was bought once-off. If you want to use TNG, you can ask your dealer for a quote. Note that TNG has an annual subscription fee. It will give you access to updates for newer version of the software and also rates updates. If you do not renew, TNG will still work as per normal, but you cannot load updates.

You thus have the option to run TNG LIVE Free. You do not have to pay any fee. It does not have the full features of TNG LIVE PREMIUM or TNG, for example when you pull a report you only have access to call details for the last 35 days. You will have access to the latest rates and TNG updates.
