VAL file out of date

Make sure that Topaz is closed.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\Data and
run the Re-index program.
On the left there is a button labelled "By Directory".
Click on the button and select the table which was listed
in the error message.
Now click Rebuild to start the rebuild.

While the rebuild is busy, the program might look like it
has stalled, but it is still running. Do not restart the PC or
kill this program off while it is running. It might corrupt the
file even more.

This will rebuild the index and update the VAL file.

If the master machine and some of the client machines are working without problems
but there is one client that still gets the error, try to reboot the computer.
