First, try the following:
Close TOPAZ.
Delete C:\tmptopaz
Pull the report again.
If destinations are still blank, try the following:
Check that the custom destinations are still on your number maintenance screen.
Check that there are no numbers on the data maintenance screen that are
blank. (This could happen if the number that comes from the PABX is blank.)
Delete that number.
* The numbers are sorted alphabetically, and blank numbers will be at the top.
There may also be records in the database that use this blank number if you
found it on the data maintenance screen. Delete these records as well. Make
sure that there are no blank numbers in the data on the enquiries screen.
Make sure that there are no blank entries on the Numbers list.
Check the log file for any errors. If there are any files that
have corrupted or out of date indexes, re-index them first.
Once all these has been checked, click on "Update TRX File...".
Now all your custom destinations should show up.
