The reason for this is that the program directory and file directory
are not the same.
To correct this make sure that
1. Your shortcut startup directory is the same path as the path where PABX2.EXE
is installed
2. Add SPACE"PATH" at the end of your target in the shorcut
e.g. target = "C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz PABX\pabx2.exe" "C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz PABX"
If this was after installing an upgrade do the following.
1. Ensure everything is correct as above.
2. From Windows Explorer goto your PABX directory.
3. Open the version file with NOTEPAD.EXE.
4. Set the version one back from e.g 2000.1.0.61 to 2000.1.0.60
5. Now run the pabx2.exe directly from Windows Explorer by double clicking on
pabx2.exe.
6. It should start up fine now.
7. Close the program and start from \START\PROGRAMS\STARTUP\PABX2
Hopefully everything should be fine now.
