1. Go to "Windows Explorer" or "My Computer" and navigate to the Topaz Data folder
(C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\Data). Press Ctrl-A to select all the files,
and then right-click on one of them. If the read-only checkbox has a tick
(grey or black), then at least one of the files has a read-only attribute set.
Click on the checkbox until it is completely blank, then click on OK.
The data should now import correctly.

6. Make sure your PC date and time is correct and also that of the PABX unit.
If the date is in the past or future and you pull a report for today, you
will not see any data for the calls you imported.
7. In TOPAZ -> SETUP -> RUNNING LOGS
Look if any updating errors in logged.
