Check that you have a printer installed, even if you don't have a physical
printer. Choose a HP4L printer.
This can also be caused by a network printer being down or running out
of resources.
Try to print a test page from the the printer's properties page. If that fails,
correct the printer problem first.
Once the printer problem is sorted out TOPAZ should work!
If you are able to print a test page from the TOPAZ PC,
but you still get this error get an updated version of the printer driver.
