You must login to Topaz as Admin.
Click on "[Setup -> Properties -> Transactions]".
There will be a button labelled "Purge prior to".
This will purge all calls before the specified date.
You will be prompted to choose a date.
Select the date you wish to use, and click on the OK button.
If you do not have this button, please upgrade to the newest version of Topaz.
NOTE:
This will not backup your data. When doing
a "Purge prior to" all call data will be
deleted from date specified.
