- Make sure that you have "Use account codes" checked on the
"Setup -> Properties -> Filters & Defaults" screen.
Make that the account code has a user associated with it.
If it does, you may have to do an "Update TRX" (on the Data screen) to
update the user details. Update TRX will only update the TRAN file with the new
data if the fields on the TRAN file are blank.
- When using account codes, the account codes are associated with the user and not the
extension. The extension must have no details linked to it.

- Your database indexes may be damaged, and Topaz is unable to find the
appropriate records, even though you can maintain them. Do a re-index of the
database.
