Choose Reports > Standard Reports
Choose your date range, select From Date and To Date.
Then under Ringtime Analysis, select Ringtime per
USER/EXTENSION/ACTION. Choose Ringtime For from
drop-down box or leave blank for all.
Now, click on Ringtime Analysis to view report.
This report wil show the ringtime for under 15/30/45 seconds
and above 45 seconds. ACST = Average Call Service Time.
You can print it from the view screen.
